The Guides Help My Father Avoid Buying The Wrong Apartment
Today, I have a fun little anecdote to tell.
A couple of months ago, my father, who is a complete non-believer, was thinking of buying an apartment in New York City. The day after he told me this, my guides piped up and insisted I not let him go through with the purchase, because the developer was dishonest and it was a bad deal. “Oh, boy," I thought. "How on earth am I supposed to convince him without ever having seen it?” The guides reassured me: “Just package it nicely and be subtle about it.”
Because my father, a distinguished scientist, already thinks my mystical tendencies are decidedly nutty (And who can blame him?), I tucked away this little task and put it off until a few weeks ago, when I found myself riding in a cab with him. He happened to be in an especially good mood that day, and as we were driving through Lower Manhattan, he pointed up and said: “See? The apartment I’m thinking of buying is in that building.” That reminded me. I plucked up my courage. “By the way, I was meaning to tell you, I have a strong intuition that buying that apartment is a really bad idea." So far, so good... "In fact, remember how I told you about my spirit guides? Well, they insist there is something very wrong with the place and you should really do your homework before buying it. I know you don’t believe in this stuff, but, um, they’re rarely wrong. Don’t take my word for it. Will you promise to look into it?” Miraculously, he agreed.
Well, today, I called up my dad, and midway through the conversation, he informed me that he was in the process of buying an apartment. I said: “Wait, is this the place I told you my intuition was saying was a bad idea?” “Nope,” he answered. “That place turned out to be overly expensive for what it was, and quite run down. It was a bad deal. This is a new place, and much better!”
Now, in my personal opinion, it’s not in good taste to brag about the great job one’s spirit guides are doing, but I must admit, getting validation from a rationalist die-hard, even if he regards it as anecdotal evidence, is super, super satisfying. Most importantly, though, every time I am able to bring through information that has a tangible, beneficial impact on people’s lives, is a small triumph.
When you think about it, being a channeler is a profoundly weird occupation. You basically have these “imaginary” friends who tell you stuff you have no other way of knowing, and then your job is to use what they tell you to the highest good of humanity. It humbles me every time.

Thank you, Natalie, Salvador, and all my other guides, for the blessings you have brought into my life! I am so very grateful for your help.
